Solutions Architect- Health Care

As a Healthcare Solutions Architect, you will leverage your extensive experience in solutions architecture, delivery, and technology trends to design and implement scalable healthcare solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and clinical staff, to deliver solutions that meet the needs of U.S. Providers, Payers, EHR, EMR and MedTech organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesSolutions & Architectural Design: Lead the Solutions and architectural design of healthcare solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with relevant regulations.Technology Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, cloud computing, and healthcare technology, guiding the adoption of innovative solutions.Team Management: Drive large delivery teams, providing technical leadership and mentoring to ensure successful project execution.Domain Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of the healthcare domain, including experience with Payer, Providers, MedTech, EMRs, EHRs, and Practice Management Systems, to inform solution design.Integration: Design and implement integration strategies using HL7, EDI X12, FHIR, and DICOM standards to facilitate interoperability between systems.Data Migration: Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and compliance during transitions between systems.Full Stack Development: Design and implement applications using both .NET and Java technologies across the full stack, including front-end and back-end development.Windows and Web Technologies: Leverage expertise in Windows and web technologies to create robust, scalable applications.Database Management: Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and data management practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Quality Assurance: Implement best practices in software development and architecture to ensure high-quality deliverables.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, integration processes, and project deliverables.QualificationsExperience: 15+ years of experience in solutions architecture, delivery, and hands-on technology implementation, preferably in the healthcare sector.Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, including EMR, EHR, Practice Management, Provider, Payer, and MedTech organizations.Technical Skills: Proficiency in HL7, EDI X12, FHIR, DICOM, and other healthcare interoperability standards.Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their application in healthcare solutions.AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in healthcare settings.Full Stack Expertise: Strong experience with both .NET and Java technologies, including front-end frameworks and back-end services.Data Migration Experience: Proven ability to manage data migration projects, ensuring successful transfers and data integrity.Database Experience: Proficient in managing SQL and NoSQL databases, with a focus on performance optimization and data strategy.Project Management: Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Preferred SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
