Role Description
This is a full-time Marketing Manager role located on-site in Chennai at Fhero Accounting Solutions. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, analyzing market trends, managing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and drive business growth.
Duties
- Leading and managing marketing research initiatives to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple media channels, including digital, TV, radio, and print.
- Conducting primary and secondary research to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, including pre-testing and post-testing campaigns.
- Analyzing consumer behavior and preferences to assist in the development of more targeted and effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as creative, media, and marketing to interpret research data and offer actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Designing and implementing research methodologies for consumer surveys, focus groups, and other qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Tracking and analyzing industry trends, competitor marketing strategies, and market data to assess the impact of marketing efforts.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other departments.
- Managing relationships with external research vendors, ensuring quality research outputs and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Ensuring that research findings are aligned with company goals and objectives and are applied in decision-making processes for marketing strategies.
- Managing research budgets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources for all marketing research projects.
- Social Media Research: Conducting research on the performance of marketing campaigns on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, analyzing engagement, reach, and effectiveness of paid and organic campaigns.
- Monitoring and analyzing social media trends, audience behaviors, and marketing strategies on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to provide actionable insights for improving social media marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with the social media team to ensure research findings align with the overall social media strategy and help optimize content, targeting, and performance across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Providing insights and recommendations on how to enhance brand presence, engagement, and conversions through targeted marketing on social media platforms.
- Developing and conducting surveys or audience feedback initiatives on social media to gather consumer insights and perceptions.
Qualifications
- Marketing Strategy development, Market Analysis, and Campaign Management skills
- Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with lead generation and business development
- Knowledge of accounting or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
