This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista Trainer at The SoundTrack Café. The Barista Trainer will be responsible for conducting training and development programs for baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, providing coaching to staff members, and creating a vibrant and engaging training environment that reflects the cafe's unique music-inspired atmosphere.
- Training & Development, Coaching, and Communication skills
- Experience in customer service and training initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to provide effective coaching and guidance
- Passion for music, creativity, and community engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a training or coaching role is a plus
- Barista experience or certification would be beneficial
