● UI/UX Design: Design and refine user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.

● Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals, gather requirements, and ensure successful implementation of design solutions.

● Design Systems and Standards: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI/UX standards to ensure consistency across all digital products.

● Innovation and Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design. Advocate for user-centered design principles and practices within the organization.

● Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.


Required Qualifications:

● Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

● Experience: ○ 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful projects. ○ Proven experience in designing and delivering user-centered digital products.

● Technical Skills: ○ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. ○ Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design. ○ Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, or similar.

● Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex user interactions and translate them into intuitive designs.

● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.

● Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development processes and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

● Usability Testing and Research: Experience conducting usability testing and user research, including creating personas, user journeys, and wireframes based on research insights.

● Animation and Interaction Design: Experience with animation tools and creating interactive prototypes to enhance user experience.
