We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. The role involves providing critical financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes. As an integral part of the finance team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance, develop actionable insights, and contribute to the company’s growth.


Key Responsibilities


1. Financial Planning & Budgeting • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Partner with departments to prepare accurate and achievable financial plans. • Monitor budget adherence and recommend corrective actions.


2. Reporting & Analysis • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis. • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and financial models to track business performance. • Analyze financial results and trends to identify risks and opportunities.


3. Forecasting • Drive short-term and long-term financial forecasting. • Regularly update financial projections to reflect changing business conditions.


4. Strategic Support • Support executive decision-making by providing insights into financial performance and trends. • Conduct scenario analysis, business case evaluations, and ROI assessments. • Assist with M&A due diligence, market research, and other strategic initiatives as required.


5. Process Improvements • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of FP&A activities. • Leverage financial systems and tools to automate reporting and streamline workflows.


6. Stakeholder Collaboration • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, and marketing) to align financial objectives. • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.


Qualification:

Chartered accountant having 2 to 5 years work exp.

Preferably in Big 4 / corporate house in FP&A function
