Job Profile: HR Officer/Specialist/Manager
Annual Salary Range: 5Lakh – 8Lakh
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team, primarily focusing on recruitment, training and development, HR administration, and HR projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting top talent, fostering employee growth, ensuring smooth HR operations, and driving strategic HR initiatives. While not absolutely required, knowledge and experience in legal compliance and employee relations would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both full-time and internship positions, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
· Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
· Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other recruitment channels to source top talent.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
2. Training and Development:
· Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
· Identify training needs through performance assessments and feedback mechanisms.
· Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
· Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
3. HR Administration:
· Oversee HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
· Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
· Process HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
· Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
4. HR Projects and Initiatives:
· Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and practices.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects such as performance management systems, diversity and inclusion initiatives, or employee engagement programs.
· Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Proven experience in recruitment, training and development, HR administration, and HR projects/initiatives.
· Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software is a plus.
· Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous.
Additional Notes:
While legal compliance and employee relations experience are not mandatory requirements, candidates with knowledge and experience in these areas will be considered favorably. The HR Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that contribute to the organization's overall success and employee satisfaction.
