Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on industries such as railways, semiconductors, aerospace, defense, and oil & gas. This role involves working closely with our clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that leverage our extensive capabilities in rubber manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in target industries.
- Understand client requirements and provide technical expertise to offer the best solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with our engineering and production teams to ensure client specifications are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Rubber Technology.
- 7-8 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the rubber or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of rubber components and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
