GIVA is looking for a Supply Chain Manager for it's Warehouse located in Banerghatta Road.

Job Description:
End-to-End Supply Chain Oversight: Manage and oversee all aspects of the supply chain process specifically for gold jewellery and gold coins, ensuring smooth operations from inwarding to customer delivery.
Inventory Management: Strategically manage gold inventory, ensuring zero pilferage
Quality Control and Compliance: Implement stringent quality control measures to maintain the integrity and authenticity of gold products throughout the supply chain. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, and retail operations to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives. Ensure seamless integration and communication across departments.
Vendor and Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with gold suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve supply chain processes related to gold products. Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings through process optimization initiatives.
Reporting and Analytics: Utilise data-driven insights to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to gold supply chain operations. Generate regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track performance and inform decision-making.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to company policies and goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (2-3 years) in supply chain management specifically for gold jewelry and/or gold coins.
- Strong understanding of gold inventory management practices and industry-specific challenges.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to gold products.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and negotiate contracts in the precious metals industry.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive decisions and process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
Position Overview:
As the Gold Supply Chain Manager at GIVA, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end supply chain operations for gold jewelry and gold coins. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, logistics coordination, vendor management, process optimization, and risk mitigation. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain processes, contributing to the company’s overall growth and success in the luxury goods market.
This role offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in supply chain management within the context of precious metals, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction through effective inventory management and logistics strategies.
NOTE- The Max Budget for this role is 11 LPA.
