Job Title: HR Analytics Specialist


Job Description: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Analytics or HR Analytics Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Analytics Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyse HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other sources.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs to measure and track workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and other key HR metrics.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modelling to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in HR data.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate HR insights to key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar tools.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and other HR-related databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
