Job Description:


Engineer (NLP)

We are looking for a passionate NLP enthusiast who will be contributing to the AI stream of Lumin. As a lead AI Engineer, you will be working hand in hand with the product team on challenging problems in Language understanding/generation. Also, you will get a hold on solutioning any problem from end-to-end.

Key skills:

• Excellent understanding of NLP concepts and experience with developing NLU and NLG solutions

• Expert level knowledge in Python

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Jinja and API Frameworks like Flask, FastAPI

• Basic understanding on Semantic web concepts

• Familiarity with ML/DL algorithms.

Skills:

Natural language Processing, Deep Learning/Machine Learning, Python, Jinja, Flask, MongoDB, Ontology

Good to have skills:

LLM, Fine-tuning and RAG frameworks, Vector Databases, Deep learning, LangChain, Agile framework.

Soft skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking

• Effective communication skill and ability to manage a team of developers

Job Descriptions:

• Owns up full feature ownership from Design to end delivery.

• Conceptualize, design, and develop end-to-end features using natural language understanding and generation techniques

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth integration of features in the product.

• Document the structural designs and procedures employed for feature

• Development cycle planning using Scrum framework

• Mentoring the team members & perform code review for ensuring high code quality

• Staying current with the most recent developments in the NLP and Generative AI space
