Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:
· Create, build and maintain strategic partnerships in order to grow the Business in the assigned territory
· Lead ASM to build annual Commercial plan
· Conduct regular business review against aligned KPIs to track performance, identify risk and opportunities and build an action plan
· Manage sales forecasts and budgets to achieve established goals to deliver profitable growth
· Regular joint market survey with team to track execution in trade and gain consumer insights and competitor activities
· Work with internal departments to implement key strategies and including brand plan, S&OP, supply chain optimization, value chain negotiation and trade spend management
· Provide insights and suggestions to build better tools/incentive plans to improve execution
Requirements:
· Master's Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance.
· Demonstrated good track record of achievement in a challenging business environment
· Proven knowledge of Beverage or related FMCG business
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with high-level corporate leaders and customers; ability to collaborate at all levels
· Excellent at vendor Management
· Able to work independently while being a team player
· Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
