If you like challenges and love the fashion industry.Key Result Areas:Principal Accountability - Graphic Designer & PhotographerJob Responsibilities:1. Graphic Designer & Photographer: - Responsible for all graphics related tasks and photography too. Great knowledge of Adobe packages like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Should be able to maintain records very well for all the photos so far. Should be updated with latest updates in this field so that can perform tasks quickly and easily.  Work closely with merchandising team, Sampling, Design team, Production team, QC team and all other departments if required. Maintain brand guidelines across all digital and print materials.  Work with team in India as well as UK/Europe teams closely for the products. Make logos, branding materials, marketing assets, social media posts and website graphics.  Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and manage budgets for design-related tasks.  Organize and maintain a library of captured photographs for future use.  Use software to edit photos, correct lighting, and remove blemishes.  Create print-ready files and prepare materials for digital platforms.  Arrange backdrops, lighting, and other necessary equipment for shoots.  Responsible for in-house studio, camera, etc. Should understand all instructions. Handle all coordination required for all the work smoothly.2. General A smart & out of the box thinking for generation next. Good in Adobe packages and others required. Come up with ideas/suggestion for the growth of the brand. Working as a self-motivated team player with a drive to give the best shot. Maintaining discipline and ethics at workplace. Very good team leader. Well behaved, polite and helpful to others at work.
