Educational Qualification - Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Skills required:

1. MS Project/ SAP PP & Any e- QA/QC tools handling Knowledge

2. Should know Advance Excel & Skills

3)Extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in the manufacturing of electrical or electronic for EMU&Metro& 6000/9000 HP Locomotive Converter components/systems

4)Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001& ISO /TS 22163), and regulatory requirements (e.g., IEC, IEEE).

5)Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, and statistical process control.

6)(Cost of poor Quality) COPQ Identifying and addressing the root causes of Traction converter poor quality, improving processes and systems to prevent defects, and implementing quality control measures to catch defects before they reach customers.

7)The manager may be responsible for leading a team of QA/QC professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
