Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR and HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment, onboarding, and administrative processes for teaching and non-teaching staff across all branches of IDP Group of Schools. Prior experience in an educational institute will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Staff Recruitment:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
o Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
o Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, referrals, and social media.
o Conduct preliminary screenings, interviews, and assessments.
o Handle the onboarding process for new hires.
• HR Administration:
o Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
o Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational guidelines.
o Manage payroll processing and attendance records.
o Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Training and Development:
o Coordinate staff training sessions and professional development programs.
o Assist in performance appraisals and feedback processes.
• General Administration:
o Support the management team in day-to-day administrative activities.
o Oversee staff welfare programs and events.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in an educational institution.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
