We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Associate Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic programs and initiatives within our organization. The Associate Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, ensure alignment with business objectives, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to gain exposure to diverse projects and contribute to the success of our organization. This role will be reporting to the Head of Engineering.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Planning and Coordination:
  • Assist in the development of program plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams and stakeholders, tracking progress and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Communicate program objectives, scope, and progress to stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring buy-in and support for program initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and discussions with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, address issues, and drive consensus on project priorities and decisions.
  1. Project Execution:
  • Support project managers in the execution of project tasks and activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  1. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, milestones, risks, and issues affecting program delivery.
  1. Change Management:
  • Support change management activities associated with program initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and readiness assessments.
  • Anticipate and address resistance to change, proactively engaging with stakeholders to address concerns and ensure smooth transitions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or related roles, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
