Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President (VP) to lead our operational risk and compliance team in Noida. This senior role requires a strong background in managing operational risks, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic initiatives across merchant services and corporate card operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Merchant Services & Corporate Card Operations: Oversee risk management practices specific to merchant services and corporate card operations.
  • Operational Risk Management: Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks to identify, measure, monitor, and mitigate operational risks. Conduct risk and control self-assessments (RCSA) to ensure effective risk management practices.
  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Establish controls to address compliance gaps effectively.
  • Advisory Services: Provide strategic advisory on merchant services and corporate card operations. Offer guidance on conflict-of-interest scenarios and policy enhancements.
  • Policy Development: Rework internal policies to align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Skills Required

  • Expertise in operational risk, compliance, controls, and advisory services.
  • Strong knowledge of merchant services and corporate card processes.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and policy development.
