Key Responsibilities:-

Media Relations Support:

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with traditional and digital media outlets relevant to our industry.
  • Support brand-building efforts by helping manage client reputation and outreach initiatives.

Industry & Media Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay informed about recent industry developments and media trends.
  • Share insights with the team to ensure our strategies are aligned with current market dynamics.

Content Development:

  • Help create written materials such as client briefings, press releases, media pitches, and digital content.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and reflective of the client’s messaging.

Media Outreach and Follow-Up:

  • Assist in disseminating press releases, organizing press conferences, and coordinating exclusive media interactions.
  • Monitor social media handles of clients, spokespeople, and news publications to ensure effective outreach.
  • Follow up on media activities to track and ensure desired outcomes.

Media Coverage Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct research to compile and analyze media coverage for clients.
  • Prepare reports summarizing the impact and reach of media activities.

PR Plan Support:

  • Work closely with the team to contribute to the ideation, development, and execution of PR plans.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer creative input.

Internal and Client Communication:

  • Regularly communicate with internal teams and clients to support efficient and productive interactions.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and ensuring clear communication across all parties involved.

Database Management:

  • Help maintain and update the contact directory of clients.
  • Regularly update and manage media lists to support targeted outreach efforts.


Qualifications:

  • MBA/ PG degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry.
  • A keen interest in media, public relations, and brand communication.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation is a plus.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
