About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Frontend Developer with strong ReactJS experience to join our team. You will play a key role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining the frontend components of our AI-driven software focused on Aerospace and Defense Industry. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using ReactJS.
  • Build reusable, efficient components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and UI/UX design discussions.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in frontend development with a focus on ReactJS.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with React state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating them into front-end applications.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Git and version control practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
