Position: Senior Manager - International Marketing (Regional Representative Management)

Region: (LATAM, BRAZIL, BANGLADESH, CAMEROON, EGYPT)

Job Location: Gorwa, Vadodara

Experience: 8 to 15 Years


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for successful implementation of sales & marketing plan of the company within the approved budget for the region/geography.
  • Providing insight on customer trends and evolving requirements.
  • The role will require extensive travel periodically or as per business requirements.
  • Successfully undertaking business development and liaison by acquiring end-users, distributors, deepening relationship with existing customer and developing new markets.
  • Facilitating cross-selling of products to existing customers and thereby increasing overall revenue generated per customer
  • Ensuring and tracking execution of customer orders through timely updates and follow-up.
  • Complying with local regulatory requirement and any other documentation requirement to facilitate smooth sales.
  • Participation in Trade fairs & exhibitions, promoting companies product through aggressive branding and sales promotion.
  • Tracking receivables on a regular basis, ensuring timely payments from customers, and providing necessary support for maintaining outstanding within admissible limits of the company.
  • Resolving customer queries or complaints within agreed timelines
  • Preparing as well as sending daily call reports to the designated authority on a timely basis
  • Market intelligence on product applications, emerging customer trends, market segmentation which shall help PCIPL in formulating a robust international marketing and sales strategy
  • Providing extended support and co-ordinating with relevant functions at Head office ( PCIPL ) for improving overall customer experience.
  • Achievement of business plan shall be the prime responsibility of RR. He shall have a self-target of identifying leads, qualifying leads and business conversion. The product manager shall provide all necessary assistance to R R for ensuring timely conversions.


Job Qualifications:

  • Exposure to international marketing is mandatory and prior experience of working in a chemical distribution setup shall be an added advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemicals or its equivalent shall be an advantage
