Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in SEA and India to gather detailed payroll requirements and understand their specific challenges.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in payroll processing and compliance tailored to SEA and India.
  • Analyze customer requirements and design solutions using existing features of Akrivia Global Payroll.
  • Develop and implement customized payroll workflows that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements in SEA and India.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure successful payroll implementation and address any issues.
  • Deliver training and support to customer payroll teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure that all payroll solutions are compliant with local and international regulations, especially in SEA and India.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction with our payroll solutions.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in payroll consulting, payroll system implementation, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in SEA and India.
  • Experience with payroll software and SaaS solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successful payroll system implementations.


Preferred Skills:


  • Certification in payroll (CPP, FPC) or project management (PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and managing complex payroll requirements.
  • Knowledge of various payroll tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
