Job Title: Social Media Manager


Location: Kolkata, India


Experience: 3-4 years


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  2. Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  3. Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
  6. Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  7. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and interact with the online community in a professional manner.
  8. Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with 1-2 years of experience.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Knowledge of balance sheet and finance concepts is a plus.
