Responsibilities

  • Create plans and drawings which clearly outline interior fit-out design of project.
  • Create digital mood boards & selection catalogues covering entire spectrum of home & office space design, interiors, exteriors, landscaping etc.
  • Develop modular product range for home design & interiors with detailed material selection guides.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Oversee and make recommendations throughout interior fit-out process.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis.
  • Ensure before-time delivery of projects. Practice a culture of zero wastage & no rework.
  • Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets.
  • Nurture existing vendor relations, new vendor identification, on-boarding & ensure cordial relations.
  • Lead the client interaction process from initial meeting to client on-boarding, design brief, project initiation, delivery & service support.


Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • In-depth knowledge of CAD/ 3-D modelling software is a must. Extensive experience of various open source architectural & design software.
  • Excellent material science knowledge to achieve results with alternate materials to enhance productivity & margins.
  • Attention to detail is a must. Ensure zero errors while signing off budgets.
  • Adaptability & sense of ownership with entrepreneurial mindset to stretch beyond regular working hours if required.
  • Good inter-personal, presentation & communication skills.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Arch/ Equiv from a top Architectural Instt with excellent domain knowledge.
  • Min 2 yrs hands-on experience as a Project Architect or in a similar role with exceptional client success stories to share.
  • Demonstrated experience of sustainable & eco-friendly design & execution.
