Client – Our client is a global leader in healthcare solutions and has around 5,000 employees in many countries.
Job Description: Data Analyst - Integrations to join our global Data Analytics Team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations between various sources and destinations, primarily with analytics team, and the system. You will work closely with business users, data analysts, developers, and vendors to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timeliness. You will also troubleshoot and resolve any interface issues and provide documentation and training as needed. This role includes the responsibility of maintaining and managing the integration tool and file transmissions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working with integrations and multiple data sources.
- Experience using integration tools.
- Experience with continuous improvement frameworks such as 6 sigma and Kaizens.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of maturity, diplomacy and professionalism.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non- technical people at all levels of the organizations.
