Experience: 5–8 Years. Employment Type: Freelance / Contract. Duration: 6 Months (extendable).Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), Recruiting Management (RCM), and Employee Central (EC). The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support for global client, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and integration across modules.Key Responsibilities:Implementation & Project Delivery·      Lead and deliver full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.·      Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.·      Integrate ONB 2.0 with RCM and EC, ensuring data consistency and process alignment.·      Design and configure custom onboarding workflows, panels, and business rules.·      Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for ONB 2.0, RCM, and EC modules.·      Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.·      Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend best practices and innovations.·      Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and third-party vendors. Required Skills:·      5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3+ years in ONB 2.0.·      Strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) and Employee Central (EC).·      Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and support projects.·      Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, data models, and integration points.·      Experience with SAP CPI, Integration Center, and Document Management Services is a plus.·      SAP SuccessFactors certifications in ONB 2.0, RCM, or EC preferred.·      Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.·      Ability to work independently and lead small teams. Required Qualifications:·      Bachelor’s or Master's degree, HRIS, or related field.·      Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.·      Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models. Must Have:·      SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Onboarding 2.0 module.·      Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
