Full-stack Software Engineer

Position Overview:We’re looking for a passionate Full-stack Software Engineer to join our growing product development team in Kolkata. The candidate must be based in Kolkata or a nearby location, as this is an on-site position.You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers and product professionals to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications that power our next-generation products.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Design and build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.Develop robust and maintainable backend systems and APIs using Node.js and modern server-side frameworks.Architect and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and team standards.Conduct peer code reviews, share feedback, and help maintain a strong engineering culture.Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployments, monitor system health, and enhance reliability.Explore and recommend emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve our stack.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.Sound understanding of database design and performance optimization using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure — including deployment and monitoring.Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum development workflows.Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and techniques, and experience integrating AI capabilities into software applications.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail and code quality.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of web, cloud, and AI technologies.A dynamic and collaborative environment that encourages learning, innovation, and professional growth.How to Apply:If you love building end-to-end solutions, solving real-world problems, and contributing to products that make a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you.
