The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting back office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, analyzing data, providing customer service, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. The role involves handling various clerical duties, maintaining records, and coordinating with different departments to enhance operational efficiency.QualificationsProficient in Back Office Operations and Administrative AssistanceStrong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret dataExcellent Communication skillsExperience in Customer ServiceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in a similar role is beneficialStrong organizational and time management skills
