From digital ads to full-scale campaigns, we deliver performance-focused storytelling that inspires, engages, and converts.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a dynamic Content Creator & Brand Manager who can ideate, produce, and manage content that defines brand personality across social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and marketing strategy — someone who can bring fresh ideas and maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute creative content strategies for AdsGrip and client brands.Conceptualize, script, and oversee photo/video shoots for digital campaigns.Collaborate closely with the design, cinematography, and performance marketing teams.Manage brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.Write engaging captions, scripts, and campaign taglines for social media and ads.Oversee influencer collaborations, trend-based content, and social media calendars.Analyze campaign performance and ensure creative alignment with brand goals.Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets with consistent quality standards.Requirements2+ years of experience in content creation, brand management, or social media marketing.Strong understanding of social media trends, digital storytelling, and aesthetics.Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creative excellence.Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and social media analytics dashboards.Excellent communication, team coordination, and leadership skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in managing ad campaigns on Meta, YouTube, and Google.Familiarity with video production processes and visual direction.Creative copywriting and trend research skills.Knowledge of brand building, positioning, and visual marketing.Why Join AdsGripWork in a creative and collaborative environment with a fast-growing agency.Opportunity to build, shape, and lead multiple brand identities.Exposure to high-end digital campaigns across industries.Flat hierarchy and open culture that values innovation and bold ideas.How to ApplySend your portfolio and resume to operations@adsgrip.com
