Homekrafted is a rapidly growing platform dedicated to homemade food deliveries, offering a wide range of authentic cuisines and snacks prepared by talented home chefs. As we expand our services, we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing and Branding Manager to join our team.

Job Description
As the Marketing and Branding Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies for Homekrafted, as well as other associated company products. You will also be responsible for public relations activities, helping to shape the public image of the brand, and increasing its visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities
- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Homekrafted's homemade food deliveries app and other associated products.
- **Branding**: Lead branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts to drive engagement, followers, and conversions.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with home chefs to develop unique promotional content (videos, reels, etc.), and oversee the creation of blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- **Campaigns**: Create and implement marketing campaigns, both online (social media, email, digital ads) and offline (events, promotions).
- **PR Activities**: Plan and execute public relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and partnerships to enhance brand awareness and secure media coverage.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and promote branding and PR events, such as food festivals, pop-ups, and partnerships with influencers or community organizations.
- **Media Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage in relevant publications.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze the performance of marketing and PR campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- **Partnerships & Sponsorships**: Explore partnerships and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and market presence.
- **Other Product Marketing**: Assist in branding and marketing efforts for other company products as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, social media management, and PR.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and handling public relations activities.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing media relations.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing and PR campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food delivery, hospitality, or related industries is a plus.
