In the last 10 years, we’ve earned the trust of some incredible brands- and even better people.  Our work, you ask? Involves everything from what you sip in the morning to what you clink glasses with at night- including brands in FMCG to Lifestyle, Education to Hospitality.  We believe in great ideas, good people, and making Mondays feel like Fridays.The Role:We’re looking for a Human Copywriter who loves building brand identities from scratch, lives for ideas, and treats AI like a teammate (not a threat).What You’ll Do:Think deeply about each brand’s identity, voice, and soul (yes, brands have those too).Dream up campaign ideas, content directions, and wordplay that make both clients and designers smile.Use AI tools like they’re extensions of your brain- to brainstorm faster, write smarter, and keep creativity flowing.Write, edit, and refine copy across social media, websites and all the beautiful chaos that comes with advertising.Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to bring stories to life.Keep an eye on trends, memes, and cultural shifts- and know when to use (or ignore) them.What You'll Need:- Curiosity that borders on obsession- especially when it comes to understanding what makes a brand tick.- A strong grasp of tone, grammar, and storytelling.- Adaptability that lets you switch from writing about pet food to premium real estate without breaking a sweat.- A love-hate relationship with deadlines (mostly love, occasionally drama).- The ability to turn feedback into fuel- not fury.Work Mode:Full-time, from our office at Prabhat Road, Pune – 411004.We believe collaboration happens best IRLHow to Apply:Send your resume and samples to hr@advolve.inQuestions?
