Job brief

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage and supervise the HR department. The ideal candidate is required to have knowledge in all Human Resource areas. The candidate will oversee recruitment & selection process and implement and execute the HR strategies and handle employee relations. In this role, the HR Executive must ensure compliance with all rules & regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments


Job responsibility

·      Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them

·      Handle the entire recruitment process

·      Manage employees’ grievances

·      Measure employee retention and turnover rates

·      Conduct performance review procedures

·      Oversee daily operations of the HR department

·      Drive employee engagement process

·      Conduct exit interview

·      Handle the Full and Final Settlement of employees

·      Handle all the HR data and maintain the same

·      Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files

·      Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals

·      Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.


Requirements and skills

·      Proven work experience as an HR Executive

·      Familiarity with all Human Resources process

·      Experience with full-cycle recruiting

·      Demonstrable leadership abilities

·      Excellent communication skills

·       MBA in HR with 2 - 4years’ experience
