🚀 We’re Hiring – IAM / PAM Consultant

Spectral Consultants is hiring for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Support Consultant for one of our leading American corporate clients.

📌 Role: IAM / PAM Consultant

📌 Experience: 3–5 years

📌 Location: Chennai

📌 Notice Period: Up to 60 days

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain IAM & PAM systems to ensure secure and efficient access.
  • Work with tools like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or BeyondTrust.
  • Handle user provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and access reviews.
  • Secure privileged accounts (vaulting, session monitoring, just-in-time access).
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams for governance and risk management.

Must-Have Skills:

✅ Strong knowledge of IAM fundamentals (SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle)

✅ Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, OUD)

✅ Exposure to cloud IAM/PAM solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)

✅ Compliance knowledge (GDPR, SOX, NIST)

Good to Have:

✨ Scripting/automation skills

✨ Experience with audits & compliance checks

✨ Microsoft SC-900 certification
