As a house of conscious brands, we aim to make sustainability accessible to everyone through ethical production and quirky design.Role SummaryWe’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Sourcing Merchandiser to join our team. You’ll be the link between design, production, and sales – turning great ideas into commercially viable, planet-friendly products. This role also includes identifying and onboarding new vendors across different geographies to support scalability and diversification in our sourcing base.Key ResponsibilitiesRange Planning: Work with the design team to structure seasonal collections based on consumer insights, brand direction, and global trends.Product Development: Manage the development cycle from concept to production, ensuring timelines, cost efficiency, and quality benchmarks are met.Vendor Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new manufacturing partners across geographies to expand production capacity, capabilities, and resilience.Vendor Management: Coordinate with existing and new vendors to ensure ethical production, timely deliveries, and quality control.Trend Research: Stay updated on global fashion, sustainability, and lifestyle trends to help shape relevant, high-impact collections.Costing & Pricing: Work closely with suppliers to negotiate costs and maintain healthy margins while staying aligned with our sustainability values.Inventory & Sell-Through: Track product performance, suggest replenishments or markdowns, and work with the team on demand forecasting.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure smooth collection launches and compelling product storytelling.What We’re Looking For1–4 years of experience in merchandising or sourcing, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brandsStrong knowledge of fabrics, materials, costing, and vendor managementExperience in sourcing vendors across India and/or international geographiesFamiliarity with sustainable production processes is a strong advantageStrong negotiation, communication, and coordination skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentA genuine interest in sustainability and conscious consumerismWhy Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing, mission-led brand changing how people shopWork on meaningful products that are both stylish and sustainableCollaborate with a young, creative, and high-energy team where your ideas have real impact
