Huedlife Pvt Ltd (Puretive & Total Routine)Bangalore | Full-Time | ESOP AvailableHuedlife Pvt Ltd — creators of Puretive and Total Routine, and incubated at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore — is building high-trust, science-backed wellness and personal care brands for India.We are looking for a Founder’s Office – Growth & Strategy Lead, a high-ownership role for someone who blends strategic thinking, execution excellence, team leadership, and strong D2C growth experience.This is a central role that drives momentum across the organisation.Role OverviewYou will work directly with the founders to accelerate company-wide growth, lead key business initiatives, strengthen D2C performance, build teams, and establish scalable systems.This role is ideal for someone who has worked in fast-moving D2C wellness, nutrition, or personal care brands, understands growth deeply, and can lead people and projects with clarity and confidence.Key Responsibilities (High-Level)Lead cross-functional projects spanning marketing, growth, operations, product, and business strategy.Strengthen Puretive & Total Routine’s D2C engine through performance marketing, funnel improvements, and data-led decision-making.Build and manage high-performing teams — including hiring, onboarding, and capability development.Work closely with founders on strategic planning, organisational priorities, and execution roadmaps.Establish systems, processes, and reporting structures that improve speed, accountability, and business performance.Drive alignment across teams and ensure critical projects are delivered on time and at a high standard.Represent founders in internal discussions and drive outcomes across functions.Experience & QualificationsMandatory Experience2–3 years experience with a D2C brand in wellness, nutrition, or personal care.Demonstrated success in D2C revenue growth & D2C Leadership.Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growth environment.Leadership RequirementsAbility to hire, lead, and scale teams.Strong organisational planning and stakeholder management skills.High emotional intelligence and leadership presence.Skill RequirementsStrategic thinker with an execution-first mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.Excellent communication — verbal, written, and structured.Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move projects from 0 → 1.Who This Role Is ForSomeone who wants to operate at the intersection of strategy, growth, and leadership.Someone who enjoys taking ownership and driving business outcomes.Someone who wants a long-term role with deep exposure across D2C, brand, operations, and product.Someone who can move fast, think clearly, and lead teams confidently.Why Join HuedlifeDirect exposure to founders and real decision-making.A leadership-track role with significant room to grow into Business Head / Chief of Staff.Play a central role in scaling two fast-growing consumer brands.Opportunity to build and lead teams.Attractive ESOP option aligned with long-term company growth.Culture of speed, clarity, ownership, and meaningful work.CompensationESOP package for long-term wealth creation
