Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a Security Lead who will take ownership of IT Risk and Compliance across ClearRoute globally, ensuring adherence to ISO27001 regulations. In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the IT lead to implement best practice security measures.
  • Work with different parts of the business to ensure that our data, assets, and policies and procedures are thoroughly documented.
  • Oversee the compliance of our laptops with established security policies, performing any necessary remediations.
  • Manage and maintain the security tools and platforms we use, including Entra ID, Jamf, MacBooks, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of our security posture, staying up-to-date with the latest security trends and threats.
  • Lead security audits and assessments, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.

Experience

We are seeking a candidate with strong technical and leadership skills, who is passionate about security and compliance. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in managing IT Risk and Compliance in a global environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO27001 regulations and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools such as Entra ID, Jamf, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Familiarity with managing security on MacBooks and other Apple devices.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, driving security initiatives across the organization.
