Global Process Expert (GPE) – Accounts PayableJob Summary:The GPE partners with the Global Process Owner (GPO) to implement, standardize, and improve end-to-end business processes in Accounts Payable and Source-to-Pay (StP). The role focuses on process efficiency, quality, continuous improvement, and technology integration.Key Responsibilities:Drive process implementation, standardization, and documentation (SOPs, WIs, Workflows).Monitor process performance, define KPIs, and support governance/compliance.Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.Collaborate with IT for automation and technology enhancements.Experience & Skills:5–10+ years in Process Management or related domains.Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ReadSoft, Ivalua).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.Effective communication and business acumen.Experience in global/cross-cultural environments.Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.Personal Traits:Self-motivated, resilient, and committed to operational excellence.Team player with openness to new ideas and continuous learning.Company & Benefits:Hybrid work (3 days office, 2 days remote)Child day care facility, in-house cafeteria, 30 days paid leaveAnnual health check-up, group insurance, parental leavePerformance-based bonus, professional development opportunities
