Role details:

• Location: Airoli (Navi Mumbai) or remote working for (2 weeks in 2 months)

• Purpose of the role:

• The purpose of this job role is to be translate business needs into IBP specifications, optimizing processes, setting up systems, maintaining applications, and managing changes to specifications.

• Responsibilities:

• Setting up (customizing) the corresponding systems configuration and documentation.

• Analysing the project brief and drawing up a work plan and effort.

• Defining the specifications & results to be delivered.

• Analysing, evaluating, and defining system requirements and change requests.

• Creating/developing and/or implementing user training/instruction.

• Assuring ticket handling in accordance with defined service level

• Analysing information requirements and flows to support process improvement.

• Identifying and improving process waste within applications for enhanced data quality/connectivity.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in technical or business fields (e.g., computer science or MBA).

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in application environment and development tools Proficiency as a Kinaxis Rapid Response Solution Developer/Consultant with a knack for developing solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response.

• Strong consulting and project management skills, accustomed to international, multicultural environments.

• Excellent development skills and experience in integrating Kinaxis Rapid Response with SAP ERP.

• Effective collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders at the management level are crucial.
