Our client, a leading force in vision care, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Chief Marketing Officer to lead their marketing efforts.

As the CMO, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of vision care. You'll drive brand strategy, oversee marketing operations and lead a talented team to create unforgettable customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Marketing & Brand Vision: Develop strategies for brand positioning and loyalty through integrated campaigns.
  2. Brand Development & Management: Strengthen brand identity and adapt to customer preferences with market research.
  3. Digital Marketing & E-commerce: Lead digital initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media) and manage CRM to enhance shopping experiences and foster repeat business.
  4. Retail & In-Store Marketing: Collaborate on in-store campaigns and create an omnichannel strategy.
  5. Customer Experience & Insights: Utilize analytics to improve the customer journey and implement feedback systems.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making & ROI Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and report on campaign performance.
  7. Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead an innovative team, promoting professional growth.


Qualifications:


  • Education: MBA from premier Tier 1or 2 institutions (like IIM, ISB, SP Jain preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in senior roles in Retail, FMCG or Fashion.
  • Skills: Expertise in brand development and digital marketing, with strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
