We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate with a strong background in Cybersecurity recruitment to support our Client's Risk Consulting practice. The ideal candidate must have experience sourcing, engaging, and hiring top cybersecurity professionals across various domains, ensuring we attract the best talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Cybersecurity roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles such as:
- Security Analyst / SOC Analyst
- Penetration Tester / Ethical Hacker
- Cloud Security Engineer
- IAM (Identity & Access Management) Specialist
- GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Consultant
- Threat Intelligence Analyst
- Incident Response Specialist
- Application Security Engineer
- Cybersecurity Risk Assessor
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific cybersecurity hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking) to attract passive and active cybersecurity talent.
- Coordinate interview processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity hiring trends and salary benchmarks to provide market insights.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes and meet hiring targets.
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory 2-3 years of experience in Cybersecurity recruitment – preferably in consulting, financial services, or IT firms.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity skill sets, certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, AWS Security, etc.) and job market trends.
- Proven track record of hiring for niche cybersecurity roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
