Responsibilities:
- Develop and map out clear 1, 2 & 5-year marketing strategy that aligns with brand values.
- Develop and map out clear marketing strategy that supports growing number of digital products and services
- Support VP Product & Technology in creating narrative to support each product, service and overall brand.
- Lead all aspects of marketing and brand/product management (PR Influencer, Digital, Social, Distribution, New Products Ideation, Affiliate, Email, SEO etc.)
- Drive and manage budget allocation between channels and lead the campaign-specific strategy to optimize for conversion, CAC, LTV, ROAS, repeat rate etc.
- Create, pitch and execute on brand partnerships that drive awareness.
- Create additional brand marketing programs that grow our customer base and brand attraction.
- Oversee market research and analysis including market segments, buying trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Construct ROI models, conduct product pricing analysis and forecast financial impact of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Understand & represent the voice of prospective members and use it to evolve the company brand.
- Own & measure all the mediums we use to reach customers- including events, content, design, ads, site, & more
- Build our culture by being mission-driven, customer-obsessed, resourceful and disciplined about long-term goals.
- Build an entrepreneurial and inclusive team where each new hire raises the bar.
- Plan and execute cost-effective digital marketing programs across multiple channels including SEM/PPC, Paid Social, Display Advertising, and PPL to reach weekly lead targets by sales segments and industries
- Prioritization and development of campaigns that support marketing strategy/objectives, integrating the right mix of demand generations tactics
- Manage digital ad platforms that will be used to attract, capture, and convert prospects into customers
- Work with cross-functional and global teams to define and prioritize short and long-term campaigns to drive conversions and lead generation
- Measure and report on campaign results by channels to distil learnings and insights that can be shared with stakeholders across broader teams
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize experiences throughout the acquisition funnel to increase conversion
- Manage and track predetermined budgets across all various channels
- utilise data-driven approach to make decisions and set a clear strategy and operating plan for our sales team to hit ambitious revenue goals.
- Become a trusted advisor and leader who sets a high bar, develops and grows his/her team to perform today and tomorrow, and liaises effectively with internal and external business partners and customers.
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing a team that built leading B2B marketing strategies
- Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot, WebTrends, Salesforce etc.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and build a team that does the same
- Strong background in digital marketing preferred.

- Extremely literate in the standard MS Office software packages.

- Deep understanding of value drivers in re-occurring/recurring revenue business models
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for computer science or related degrees
- Ability to work under own initiative.
