The ideal candidate should also have basic ABAP skills, working knowledge of SAP FICA, and strong understanding of USGAAP.Key Skills Needed8–10 years in SAP FS-BA (Bank Analyzer)/ FICO OR FICAExperience with SDL, RDL, CVPM etc.Strong understanding of banking products & IFRS/USGAAP accountingBasic ABAP debugging skillsWorking experience with SAP FICA (CA setup, main/sub transactions, postings & reconciliation)ResponsibilitiesConfigure & support FS-BA subledger processesManage SDL/RDL/CVPMprocess creation and enhancementsIntegrate FS-BA with FI/CO, FICA, Treasury & source systemsCollaborate with ABAP team for enhancements, user exits & interfacesSupport SAP FICA processes including contract accounts, main/sub transactions, posting & reconciliationUtilize proficiency in USGAAP to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reportingLead testing, documentation, cutover, and production support .
