The Role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients who have already shown interest in our programs, convert leads into customers, schedule appointments, and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. If you are passionate about helping people transform their lives through education, this is the role for you


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Engagement: Call prospective clients from our database who have expressed interest in our programs.
  • Conversion: Build trust, explain program benefits, and convert leads into enrolled participants.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and book online meetings or consultations for account managers.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and update client databases, schedules, and records in our CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and scheduled meetings.


Ideal Profile

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients quickly.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a bonus).
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and basic office software.
