Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industry 4.0 Sales Head at Pratiti Technologies in Pune. The Sales Head will be responsible for account management, sales, team management, and sales management on a day-to-day basis focusing on Manufacturing Industry. The role involves driving digital solutions sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in IoT, Digital Twin, Cloud Computing, and Data Science & Analytics
  • Thought leader in Digital Factory domain and experience in Digital Solutuons in areas like Production Applications, Condition Based Monitoring, Planning & Scheduling, etc.
  • Analytical Skills and Sales Skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Team Management and Sales Management skills
  • Proven track record in sales performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Industry knowledge in Industry 4.0 technologies is a plus
