Position: DevOps EngineerExperience: 3–5 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure and CI/CD automationAbout The RoleWe are looking for a DevOps Engineer who thrives on automation, scalability, and clean, reliable systems.If you love writing scripts more than clicking around dashboards, this role is for you.You’ll be responsible for managing and improving our AWS-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems that keep our global platform running smoothly.You’ll be part of a small, high-impact DevOps team working closely with backend, AI, and product engineering to ensure reliability, performance, and speed of delivery.What You’ll Do Most Of The TimeManage and optimize our AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, Route53, CodeBuild, etc.)Automate provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Python, and shell scriptsBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Bitbucket and GitHubDevelop internal tools and scripts for deployments, monitoring, and maintenanceImprove observability and alerting through Prometheus, Grafana, Monit, and mmonitMaintain and enhance our Elastic Cloud monitoring and logging stackCollaborate with developers to streamline builds, releases, and environment managementTroubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across environments (staging, production, etc.)Continuously look for ways to make systems faster, more secure, and more reliableWhat You’ll Need To Qualify3–5 years of hands-on DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experienceStrong AWS expertise — Route53, EC2, RDS, S3, VPC/subnets, IAM, etc.Proficiency in Python and shell scripting — you can build tools and automations, not just run themExperience writing Ansible playbooks or similar Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworksFamiliarity with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, or JenkinsSolid understanding of Linux internals, networking, and system-level troubleshootingStrong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to debug complex systems end-to-endPreferred SkillsYou don’t need all of these — but you should be comfortable learning what you don’t know:Exposure to containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS)Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Monit/mmonit, or similar monitoring toolsKnowledge of Elastic Cloud, Elasticsearch, or centralized logging systemsUnderstanding of deployment strategies (blue-green, rolling updates, etc.)Familiarity with cost optimization, scaling, and performance tuning on AWSWhat You’ll GetA chance to work on large-scale, global systems with high availability and real-world impactFreedom to automate, optimize, and shape our DevOps practices from the ground upSmart teammates who care deeply about clean code and reliable systemsIndustry-best salary and benefits5-day work weekAnnual loyalty bonusSix-monthly profit sharing bonusAbout The Companygo4WorldBusiness is transforming the international B2B import–export space, connecting millions of buyers and suppliers across the globe.If you’re excited about working on systems that power global trade, and love building automated, efficient, and reliable infrastructure — we’d love to have you on board.We offer a fast-paced, high-trust environment where smart, driven engineers thrive.If that sounds like you — apply now.
