Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage data points and reports for banks and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage internal data points and logic for various credit card parameters.
  • Ensure data alignment with banks and internal team expectations.
  • Develop and standardize processes and handle ad-hoc reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team (3-4 engineers) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track industry-level credit card portfolio parameters.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Oversee sprint management and Agile processes.
  • Lead and manage a small team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the credit card domain, with in-depth knowledge of credit card functioning and industry parameters.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and sprint management.
  • Excellent team management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
