Senior Java Trainer

Job Duration: 2 MonthsCompensation: INR 45,000 per month + Lodging + Fooding + TravelLocation: On-Site - Yavatmal, MaharastraRole DescriptionWe are hiring Senior Trainers with 3-4 years of experience to lead classroom and practical training sessions to engineering students at University campus in Yavatmal. This role involves full responsibility for domain-specific delivery, project guidance, student mentoring, conducting assessments, and maintaining training quality. The trainer will serve as the main instructor for the program.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver structured training sessions and hands-on workshops from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Saturday.Lead practical labs and live coding demonstrations in Java DSA, Full Stack JavaAddress technical and conceptual doubts raised by learners during sessions.Conduct and assess mock tests, coding challenges, and daily tests.Prepare and enhance training material, exercises, and lab setups.Monitor student performance, provide individual feedback, and maintain progress reports.Work closely with the MGrow and client teams to ensure seamless program execution.Foster a collaborative, engaging, and motivating learning environment.Content:A. Frontend:-Javascript – Basics, Dom, Window, Higher order functions toHTML and CSSB. Backend:-Oops concepts (method overloading/overriding, String class, list, map (operations))File handling/exception handlingNetworking (smpt, sftp, http, https, dhcp protocol and default ports)Spring boot (annotations)Sql – joins, sub queries also table creation and schema designStream api, collection frameworkQualifications- Master's degree (ME/MTech preferred) or BE/BTech with strong industry/domain knowledge.- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in training or industry in one or more of the following areas:- Java Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)- Full Stack Development using Java- Strong command over domain concepts, hands-on tools, and technologies.- Excellent communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills.- Experience in curriculum planning and training content development is a plus.- Must be available to work full-time on-site throughout the training period.Company Description:MGrow offers professionals the chance to receive mentorship from top leaders in India through industry-specific courses and case studies via live sessions.
