We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in healthcare technology products to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our clients' needs and our technical solutions, managing projects, and ensuring successful delivery using tools like JIRA. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate patient data, explore concepts such as "Mention concept," and drive innovative healthcare solutions leveraging industry standards like FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) and electronic health records (EHR).


Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Product Strategy 

  • Experience with designing Patient and Provider facing Digital Health and EMR integration solutions. 
  • Analyze and model the requirements, considering factors like patient experience, provider workflows, and regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate existing healthcare processes related to patient care, provider interactions, and data management.
  • Conduct elicitation meetings to understand business requirements for the proposed digital health products.
  • Propose enhancements or new processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes.
  • Document detailed system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Dive into healthcare data (including electronic health records) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
  • Recommend technology solutions, including but not limited to interoperability tools, to enhance system performance and integration.
  • Aligning the product vision with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Utilize your US healthcare expertise, including EHR systems and interoperability standards like FHIR, to develop scalable and effective solutions that meet regulatory requirements.


Client Engagement: Serve as a key liaison between our company and healthcare clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.


Project Management: Lead project planning, execution, and delivery phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. Deliver clear written and verbal presentations to leadership, communicating key findings and updates.


Team Leadership: Direct and mentor cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and designers, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.


Innovation: Explore emerging trends and concepts in healthcare technology, such as "Hospital at Home," to propose and implement innovative ideas that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.


JIRA Administration: Manage project workflows, track issues, and facilitate agile development practices using JIRA to ensure efficient project execution and collaboration.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare technology sector, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and client relationships.
