Job Title:- Technical Consultant/ Developer CRM (ADF/ Azure Data Factory)Work Location:- LTIMindtree Pan IndiaExperience:- 6+ YearsExperience in Azure Data Factory is Must.Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Resource with strong expertise in CRM integration and advanced-level experience with Azure Data Factory to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CRM system architecture, cloudintegration tools, and data flow management, with a preference for experience in the Insurance domain.Key Responsibilities: • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Development & Customization:• Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.• Develop plugins, workflows, and custom code to enhance CRM functionalities.• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions in Dynamics CRM.Integration: • Design and implement seamless integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and various external systems (e.g., ERP, legacy systems, cloud applications).• Work with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration protocols to integrate CRM with 3rd party applications.• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flows to ensure accuracy and performance.Azure Data Factory (ADF): • Use Azure Data Factory to design and implement data pipelines to integrate and transform data across Dynamics CRM, Azure, and other systems.• Develop automated data workflows and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for large data volumes.• Optimize ADF pipelines for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.• Monitor and maintain data flows to ensure consistency and reliability.Data Modeling & Data Management: • Create data models to support CRM reporting, analytics, and operational processes.• Design data structures and ensure data quality across Dynamics CRM and integrated systems.• Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:• Continuously optimize the performance of CRM solutions and data pipelines, addressing issues such as latency and data duplication.• Provide advanced troubleshooting expertise to resolve integration and data flow issues quickly.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: • Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and other technical teams to ensure project goals are met.• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and mentoring junior team members.Required Skills & Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics CRM: • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Engagement) configuration, customization, and development.• Expertise in working with CRM entities, relationships, workflows, plugins, and customizations.Azure Data Factory (ADF): • Advanced-level hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory to create, maintain, and optimize ETL processes.• Familiarity with Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob Storage, and other Azure data services.• Ability to integrate data sources, manage metadata, and handle data transformation tasks in ADF.Integration Skills: • Proven experience with CRM integration technologies including REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OData, and data integration tools.• Expertise in integrating Dynamics CRM with other systems like ERP, Salesforce, third-party applications, and databases.Cloud & Data Engineering: • Strong understanding of cloud data platforms and services, specifically Azure.• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Bricks is a plus.Insurance Domain Knowledge (Preferred): • Experience working in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.• Understanding of key insurance concepts such as claims processing, underwriting, policy management, and actuarial processes is an advantage.Technical Skills: • Proficient in development languages such as C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.• Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.• Strong SQL skills and experience with database design and management.Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or equivalent certification.• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or equivalent certification is a plus.Project Management & Methodologies: • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is desirable.• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, data accuracy, and process improvement.Soft Skills: • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
