Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Specialist at RiDh Engineering. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for BIM coordination, architecture, MEP, submittals, and building information modeling tasks on a daily basis.


Qualifications

Requirement for Arch. ID works is add on benefits - Modelling and Sheet preparation works.


1)Experience in Revit Architecture

2) Ability to model with LOD (Level of Detail) 300

3) Ability to create parametric families

4) Should be aware of BIM Process

5) Knowledge of Reading Drawings (Floor Plans, Elevations, sections, details)

6) Attention to details, and an attitude to never compromise with quality.

7) Fast Learner Ability to handle the tasks independently.

8) Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with team members of different disciplines

9) Strong English written and verbal communication skills is must
