Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and transform concepts into high-quality visual content. You will be responsible for filming, editing, and delivering compelling video content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.


Key Responsibilities:


Filming & Production:

  • Capture high-quality video content, including brand campaigns, social media videos, events, behind-the-scenes footage, product highlights, and promotional content.
  • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to achieve desired results.
  • Scout and suggest shoot locations that align with the brand's aesthetic.
  • Direct models, actors, and staff during shoots to achieve the best visual representation.


Video Editing:

  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
  • Add music, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance the story and visual appeal.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website, etc.), ensuring they are visually appealing and effective.
  • Implement feedback from creative leads and make adjustments to videos as needed.


Creative Input & Collaboration:

  • Brainstorm and pitch creative video concepts that align with marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video formats, and platform algorithms to ensure our content remains relevant and on-trend.
  • Work closely with the marketing and social media team to understand content needs and deliver impactful videos.


Content Organization & Management:

  • Manage and organize video files, ensuring all footage is archived and easily accessible.
  • Maintain and update a library of B-roll, motion graphics, and other video assets.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Videographer & Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects (fashion experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting, sound, and composition.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and video trends.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of color correction and grading.
