Looking for a User Researcher role that's both challenging and fun?

Job Responsibilities:


  • Planning and executing both generative and evaluative studies alone and in teams
  • Redefine problem statements and generate hypotheses based on quant data and stakeholder discussions
  • Experiment with a wide variety of research methodologies including secondary and primary to identify unarticulated user insights
  • Effective and tailored communication for quick processing of user insights by varied levels of stakeholders that can create business impact
  • Effectively plan field logistics and execute on-field research studies.

Job Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience in User research with a focus on user psychology, behavior, mental models and decision making process.
  • Experience in conducting generative research
  • Understanding of human-centered design (HCD), design thinking approach to innovation and system thinking for problem-solving.
  • Understanding of the applications and shortcomings of different research methods including when and how to apply them during each phase of the user studies
  • Methodical, meticulous and organized in defining, planning and executing end-to-end user studies
  • Effective communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation to manage varied levels of stakeholders on the project
  • Open to inter and intra-city traveling, being on field and face-to-face interactions with users (Customers and Captains) as and when required by the research study
